C1 1953-1962 Corvette Brake Shoe Hardware - Rear

Restore safe, consistent braking performance with this rear brake shoe hardware set for the 1953–1962 Chevrolet Corvette C1. This essential hardware includes the springs, retainers, and clips needed to properly secure and operate the rear brake shoes within the drum assembly. Over time, original hardware can lose tension, corrode, or fail—leading to brake noise, uneven wear, and reduced stopping performance. Replacing worn hardware is critical to maintaining proper brake function and reliability in classic drum brake systems.

Manufactured to meet or exceed OEM specifications, this rear brake shoe hardware is engineered for a precise fit and dependable operation. Designed to restore proper brake shoe return action and alignment, it helps maintain consistent braking pressure and smooth engagement. Whether you’re performing a full restoration or routine brake service, replacing hardware ensures your braking system operates safely and as intended.
