2009 Jetstream Blue ZR1 LS9 Corvette - Chris Chubby

We're very grateful that Chris sent us these pictures of his father-in-law's brand new, just off the line Corvette - and not just because it's a 2009 ZR1 Corvette. (Oh, okay - so maybe we're lying, just a smidge.) Just delivered by truck to his father-in-law's house in Maryland, this blue beauty is the proud possession of "Chris Chubby" - and we have to say, we're a little jealous. This ZR1 was hand-assembled and boasts a 638-hp LS9 6.2 liter V8 engine. Since the car arrived just before Christmas, it's likely this was one of the first ones off the line ... Thanks Chris for sending these along!

The LS9 engine is a work of art
