Most SPEC steel units are rebuildable and feature a replaceable steel friction plate that is made from friction-enhancing steel especially formulated for optimum clutch bedding and holding power. We carry both aluminum and steel flywheels to provide your Corvette with light and medium weight options for any type of racing.

SPEC Flywheels are CNC manufactured at an unheard of .001 tolerance (the industry standard is .010). This ensures perfect balance and a perfectly flat bedding surface for the clutch disc, both of which also contribute to the ultimate in safety for competitive environments. All our SPEC flywheels are SFI certified.
