RAM Powergrip HD Corvette Clutch (97-11 C5, C5 Z06, C6, C6 Grand Sport, C6 Z06)

Street, Strip, Track. A big power street 'Vette that sees strip and track time needs a clutch that can take the heat but still maintains good driveability. Not many clutches can deliver, but the RAM Powergrip HD has exactly what you need. It's the right clutch for your bad boy 'Vette - it puts the power down on the track but maintains your 'Vette's street manners. Some chatter will occur on takeoff.

Superior Design & Construction. The RAM HD pressure plate features increased clamp loads and RAM's proprietary 900 series organic clutch disc. The Powergrip HD clutch combines the 900 series material with increased clamp load pressure plates for maximum holding power with only a minimal reduction in driveability.

Supports 650HP. The RAM HD clutch is recommended to support up to 650HP, so it's best for those big power street driven 'Vettes.

• *05+ Corvettes must combine this clutch with a RAM billet steel flywheel or billet aluminum flywheel (sold separately).
• RAM strongly recommends using a billet steel flywheel or factory nodular iron (explosion-resistant) flywheel with this clutch.
• Works with factory hydraulics (01+). Extreme flywheel wear/resurfacing may require a RAM adjustable master cylinder.
• Clutch is not compatible with Tremec transmissions.
