We're very grateful that Chris sent us these pictures of his father-in-law's brand new, just off the line Corvette - and not just because it's a 2009 ZR1 Corvette. (Oh, okay - so maybe we're lying, just a smidge.) Just delivered by truck to his father-in-law's house in Maryland, this blue beauty is the proud possession of "Chris Chubby" - and we have to say, we're a little jealous. This ZR1 was hand-assembled and boasts a 638-hp LS9 6.2 liter V8 engine. Since the car arrived just before Christmas, it's likely this was one of the first ones off the line ...
