1985 Corvette Overview
1985 was the second year with the C4 body style, with not many changes to this platform. Chevy kept with the option of a targa top, but no convertible model. The big change was the switch from the L83 motor to the L98 which produced 230hp and 330 lb-ft of torque, giving these ‘Vettes a quarter mile time in the mid 14’s. Chevy also left many of the other options alone, such as paint options, but did offer new leather interior options.
